How long do you wait in between fast to start another fast?

I just did a 41 hour dry fast and I wanted to jump right back into another dry fast right after. How long do you wait after you break a fast to start another dry fast?

Answer

There is no set time…fast however often you want. Just be aware of where you are physically, mentally, emotionally and how you want to progress and when you need longer rest. And what your goals are. Since everybody is different.

For example, if you feel depleted and you want to jump back into a fast after eating one meal or 6-8 hours whatever. And not completely recovered. Then that fast will be a continuation of the last fast. It is similar to taking a short break at the gym.

Another example, in my case I did a 4 day dryfast. I ate at the end of that 4th day get a night of sleep. Then ate 1 full day the next day with another night of sleep. I felt 100% recovered I immediately jumped into the next one. 24-28 hours.

I’m on Day 5 of the second consecutive fast. And it’s easier than the first. That’s like resting from the gym for 1 day.

Because of my goals…then I train like an athlete to reach the pinnacle. 90% high water content vegetables steamed and high water content fruits during the break.
