If I fast for 3-7 days, should I only eat one giant meal to refuel or should I dedicate an entire 16 hour window to eat food?
Everyone is different and everyone’s goals are different. I fast for 40 hours and I eat for 8 hours. Somebody else might fast for 48 hours and only have a 2-hour window. I exercise during the 8-hour window and I go walking on the fasting day. Basically I’m doing alternate day fasting with snake juice. As long as you don’t over consume in your eating window and go over your calories then you will be just fine. Best wishes 👊🐍
