How long until you lost your first pound.

Doesn’t really matter. Your first few pounds will be water weight anyways especially if you’re adopting a healthy keto diet. Fast, exercise, eat healthy and the weight will come off:

My weight loss was much like a ln curve in math. Quickly at first and then plateaus with smaller and smaller spikes.

I can’t speak for everyone but I would have zero clue how fast I lost a pound at any time. That’s a bit like asking how long will it take you to travel the first meter of a car ride. Yeah you could measure it but it’s the entire journey that matters.

most people just lose water and glycogen in the first days. it is not about losing weight fast, but losing fat and keeping an ideal weight long term. as a nutritionist and former binge eater i can say, that losing weight takes a little longer than a view weeks, but done the right was can be very simple and satisfying. what have you tried so far to lose weight?
