How many calories do you usually eat on one sitting?

I only eat once a day, mornings I drink my black coffee, tea and water. When I get off work at 4:30pm, I eat. Ive been eating about 1500-2000 calories per day. Is that enough? Also some days I have a very balanced meals but there are some days where I order a McDonald’s meal that will equal up to 1500 calories lol. I want to keep myself at one meal a day, I don’t enjoy eating in the mornings and have found this one meal a day a good routine for me. Idk some thoughts? I’ve been doing this for a few months now.

What are your goals? How tall and active are you? Has your body composition changed since doing this for a few months? How do you feel overall? Those are some necessary questions to ask yourself to determine your needs. I eat between 80 and 1000cal in a sitting. As long as it’s not too much sodium or sugar it doesn’t affect me negatively.

It depends on you. What’s your height and weight? How active are you at your job?

I basically eat one meal a day. I’m male, 34, 5’8” and maintain 160-165 pounds eating 1900-2200 calories hitting the gym 3-4 days a week.

I can eat about 1500 calories in one sitting on average and then probably have another 400-500 about an hour later.

But again everyone is different and the key is being able to stick to it. If its working for you and you enjoy it keep it going.

BUT I would stay away from McDonalds. The macro-nutrient profile is horrendous.
