I’ve seen so many different answers on Google that aren’t even close to eachother. Anyone know a reliable site?
Sockeye is big enough to have “cuts” so an average of the fillets is different from just eating salmon belly, and cured or smoked salmon has different values as well, then there’s skin on vs skinless and raw vs cooked. Make sure you are comparing the same kind of salmon.
