You need to watch more Cole YT videos, he explains everything in his videos. Start with 1000 cals keto low carb refeed meal in the morning, no sugar, no refined carbs, no processed foods. Greasy salty protein and veggies (e.g. salmon and veggies or bacon and veggies, etc). Then you can see what the scales says. If you lose too much weight you can bump the calories up because you don’t want to lower your metabolism, but don’t go over 1500 cals.
If you do low carb/keto you’ll lose more weight and feel less hungry but I do 72’s on a full high carb meal eating whatever I want, no exercise except walking and I’m fine. But I do feel hungrier than when I do keto for a few days before
