How many calories for breakfast?

I’m doing 16:8. It’s only been a week, and I’m already losing weight simply from not having that much time in my day to eat mindlessly. I haven’t even eliminated desserts, though I’m trying to do portion control.

My question is, how many calories should I aim for when breaking my fast (at noon)? Does it make a difference or should I try to go by how hungry I’m feeling?

That’s highly individual - some people have good instincts; I’ve discovered mine are insidious little buggers. If you’re losing by eating intuitively, stick with it. If your weight starts to stall then it’s time to take a look at your calories.
