How many calories do you usually take during your eating window?
And how has it been going for you?
What are your current goals?
I keep it under 1200 with a 22:2 (OMAD with some fruit a little later) I am 5’5” and have a goal weight of 140 -135 (I’ll decide when I get there). I am about 1/2 way there with very little progress since the first week of June so I may need to change it up.
As a side note, I am so grateful someone directed me to this women’s IF group. It feels comfier here than the general IF group. Thanks ladies.
I have a 4 hour window. I eat anywhere from 1000-1500 calories on weekdays. On my cheat days (weekend) I’ll eat around 2000, but still only have a 4 hour window. It’s usually hard to fit enough calories during the week because I’m eating healthier food. I’m on week 4. I want to do 22:2 in August. I’m 5’4” and around 175lbs.
