Simple question, I’ve been doing 16/8 for around 5 months, and I’m ready to switch to 18/6. I’ve been doing it from Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week. Is that too much or is it ok.
Whatever is personally sustainable and keeps you on track.
There some folks that a fasting schedule with daily nutrition is just their lifestyle, but obviously they are eating enough to maintain. So it’s more going to be about what helps you mentally and physically maintain a deficit.
