Just finished 6 days (148 hours) late Friday night. Broke with baking soda water, followed by a little coconut water. Saturday and Sunday have only been water/electrolytes, chicken bone broth, and coconut water. Is it advised to start back up with solids on day 3, or do I need to wait til day 4?
Great job! 6 days is the longest I’ve gone, too. I feel like the longer I wait to ease in to eating, the better/longer the healing period lasts. Sorry to say that dry fasting has not “fixed” my penchant to binge eat crap on occasion. It has increased my ability to implement my will power easier when I focus tho
