How many days can our body go without electrolytes?

I started my 14 days dry fast today, and will be doing 1-2h sauna for the first 3-5 days due to a lot of watee retention + wanting to be in a water deficit so my body is forced to make metabolic water + get into autophagy quicker. But I’m just thinking about all the electrolytes i will lose. How many days can we go without any significant issues?

Answer

  1. there no sure data. I believe electrolyte imbalance is a bit less of an issue on DF than water deprivation.

> my body is forced to make metabolic water

Metabolic water in humans is a myth. You cannot make enough water from metabolic water for such a long fast. Anybody please prove me wrong citing scientific sources on humans.
