How many days did you try before going for the full 7 day dry fast?

In the book he suggest that you do fewer days first, but for how long? How soon after trying can you do the full 7 bc it says you shouldnt do 7 day more than 1-2 times a year? So do 1 day dry fast one week. Next week 2 days? Next week 3 days? At what point is the try period och fewer days to much for going straight into the 7 day? How pple get the question.

lmao i just went straight for the 7 days, people are way too scared.. if u have enough bodyfat and arent skinny u will be fine. it depends on ur mental willpower and strength if you can actually push through the 7 days. if it’s your very first time dryfasting id try 48 if u feel fine then do 72 and so on. just go at your pace you dont need to wait 1 month to do a 7 day fast.

I’m playing around with ~20-24 hour dry fasts with an occasional ~48 right now. I’m just going to gradually work my way up, so when I get to the 7 day it won’t seem as intimidating. There are, certainly, adjustments that need to be made in the body for low water conditions.

The sole key to triumphing through water and dry fasts is fat adaptation. Ideally, with a 6 month fat adapted body, you can do any prolonged water or dry fast with ease, should you have sufficient fat stores to use as energy. During a fast, you’re still “eating,” however, in a different sense. I’ve done countless 1-4 day dry fasts, several 4-6, and am currently undergoing my longest to date, which I’m currently on day 7.

The fear mongering typically stems from people whose diet is the SAD.
