Not sure I have seen the answer but I understand after prolonged fast if one eats fatty+protein foods one could be running to the bathroom minutes later (it has happened to me). I understand the recommended foods to break a fast - broth, salad, lean protein etc. But I am curious if there’s any information on how many days “removed” from doing that I can safely eat lets say a normal keto meal (e.g. fatty steak ) without running to the bathroom or its YMMV still? I know one time 2 days removed I had a steak for dinner on a date and luckily we decided to part ways after dinner and i “let it loose” pretty much 2 minutes later in a near by bathroom…
I fasted for 119 hours and then went to a steak dinner and was fine. Steak, bread, appetizers, seafood and wine. Took a massive poo the next day but I was fine. Definitely a YMMV thing as I can eat anything and am pretty indestructible. But I’ve definitely had my share of loose poo, which honestly is no big deal. I don’t understand what’s the issue. Oh I have to poo at 2PM on a Tuesday. OK, off to the work bathroom I go no biggie. Are people that uncomfortable with pooing at work or when you’re out?
