That’s hard, it depends on the virus.I’d say if you don’t feel like eating/drinking during any illness, follow your gut, just make sure you are good on your vitamins/minerals and electrolytes.
I can say I had a fever at the same time my kids and husband did, I dry fasted for 24 hours, ended up with almost no mucus afterwards and they were blowing their noses for about a week while I just felt a little tired.Any time we can give the body a boost is great, but I’d say once again follow your gut, if your body is absolutely craving an avocado or coconut (anything healthy) don’t deny that when your weak and hurting, build yourself up.
