How many table spoons of pink salt do I need?

Hey everyone, I’ve decided to begin my water fast, I bought everything I need which is water, pink salt, and apple cider vinegar. But what I’m having trouble with is that I don’t know how much salt I need. Do I mix it in water? Do I put it on a spoon? I’m really confused about this and I would really appreciate if someone could answer this question for me. Thanks!

Answer

Pink salt is just overpriced dirty salt, trash that scammy shit and get some low sodium salt substitute that also has potassium chloride and grab some magnesum supplements and you are good to go.Also the acv is a mith, don’t need any of that.

Answer

It will depend on your levels of sodium. A good way to test this. Just eat it out of your palm. If it tastes good and you realize you want more salt? Have more. If it tastes terrible, then you’re probably fine and can just drink plain water for a while.

The amount of carbs/salt you’ve ingested recently, your blood pressure, how much you sweat… all of these change the amount of salt you’ll need. So just take it day by day. (I have low blood pressure and eat pretty low carb most days, so when I fast I usually supplement with salt from the very first day, otherwise I feel terrible)
