Hi all,
I have a question I can’t seem to find an answer to online and I was hoping this community might be able to help me answer it. So autophagy is happening all the time, but it increases during fasting, but by a factor of what? How much more autophagy takes place when fasting compared to not fasting?

Many thanks in advance :)
If you want t deep dive into the topic, there was a drive episode on fasting & autophagy:

TLDR version is that we don’t have any good ways to measure it…
