So I’ve currently doing my first 72 hour fast after hitting a Plateau in my weight loss journey. I know you lose a lot of water weight when doing this but how much fat can I expect to drop?
Depends on many factors, how much fat you have, your activity level, your carb intake previously, fasting experience etc where you are on your journey, are you high carb or low carb
Based on the limited info you may lose zero fat or 1/4 pound but this is at best a guess my friend
Thanks for your comments guys! So I’m currently 137 lbs and 5’4 male. I go to the gym almost everyday so I’m pretty active. I don’t worry much about carbs but mainly calories. I have an eating period of 3 pm- 8 pm and try to have high protein each day. My current body fat percentage is around 16 percent
