I’m 200 lbs currently (5’9 male), 4 days into a fast. Feeling great. Anyways my main question is how much belly fat, just fat off my midsection in general can I expect to lose the longer I go into this fast? Thank you
You can’t control it. Typically, though, males will have a small tube of fat around our midsections even after everything else is gone. So try not to focus so much on that section and watch other areas of your body. Find the areas that you can clearly see the fat coming off and focus on them. It’ll be a lot more encouraging
