How much (if any) phyiscal change did you notice after doing a 3 day fast?

Newbie here. I’m on my first 3 day fast. Feeling great so far but I’m curious about what results you all have gotten so I can manage my expectations

I’ve been doing keto for 4 months and then introduced fasting once the weight loss slowed, fasting helped me break through the plateau and lose weight each week like clockwork

Before I used to fast anywhere between 24-72 hours a week, personally for me I find anywhere between 48-65 hours in one fast seems to be my sweet spot for the ratio of ‘length:results’

Now I’m trying out rolling 48s

I’m about 70 hours in, only drinking herbal teas, water, or decaf black coffee. Feeling pretty good altogether! Mentally feeling pretty sharp, a little bit slower physically. The slowness may just be from back to back super stressful days at work though. My insides definitely feel better, like a better intestinal flow….
