I’m doing OMAD, however two days. One day I don’t eat, the other day I do - but one meal.
Currently running 1.5miles in the AM, followed by high volume lifting in the evening.

Expect to lose muscle. It’s inevitable. Anyone who tells you otherwise is misinformed. Go watch videos of dexa scans before and after fasting even with training. There is always some muscle loss as to be expected with a negative calorie balance.
