How much potassium citrate while fasting?

Some says 1tsp some says 200-400mg, so I need to know cuz im after 5 days out of 30

I generally use 1-3000 mg per serving. I would up yours. I don’t recall where, but I remember seeing somewhere that the balance between salt to potassium to magnesium should be like 5 to 2 or 3 to 1. So like 4-5000mg salt 2-3000mg potassium 1-3000mg magnesium.

Ultimately it’ll depend on your symptoms whether or not you’ll need to supplement more. But I would always have excess on hand anyway. It sucks breaking a fast because you weren’t prepared, as opposed to because you listened to your body and it told you to stop.
