How much salt magnesium and potassium?

I decided I wanted to start intermediate fasting to help my weight loss. I’ve been over weight for years and looking back on my fitness pictures, I really have let myself go.

I’m currently on 36 hours and I’m not hungry in the slightest feel great. I kept going because I don’t feel a need for food, however I want to do this the right way so I don’t get sick. I’m wondering how to make snake juice and if I need it everyday, do I need to put those ingredients in water? I’d drink just water but if I’m going longer then 5 days I want to make sure I don’t pass out. If anyone has any refeeding tips that would be great :) thank you

Listen to cole to the bone.

Yes you need electrolytes for:

  1. to break your fast properly you should put in electrolytes first to compensate for any lack. Since electrolyte balance is altered during a fast and you lose some in the process.
  2. To extend your fast as it’s much easier with electrolytes. You can train and do much more if you just take your electrolytes.
