Just very curious about approximately how much sugar people are consuming in a day - from all sources, including sugar. Thank you!
I have less than 1 serving of fruit a day, and try to keep my added sugar count below 20g/day. Id like to be under 10g/day but this is a compromise to reduce cost and cooking required and still getting 1g/lb of protein.
Edit: A powerful reference for me is that we consumed ~5lbs of sugar per person per year in the mid 1800s and that works out to ~6 g/day
