Answer

So long as you’re getting enough of everything else in your diet and not overdoing calories; have at it. Eat all the fruit and veg!! Although if you’re increasing your intake I would suggest do so slowly as a quick spike in fiber can be not so fun. Speaking from experience.

Great question! Just remember 3:1. For every 3 vegetable servings you eat in a day, eat 1 fruit serving. Greens, like kale for example - are high in Vitamin K, which has a couple of possible concerns if intake is excessive. Do enjoy greens, just balance their intake with other lovely vegetables. You’re doing well.

Answer

You can not eat too many plants. Healthiest people are the ones who have close to 100% of their diet from plants.

Still there are certain plants that you should not consume in high amounts. Pineapple, brazil nut and spinach for example are commonly eaten foods that might have dangerous effects in excess.

Suggest you watch Dermatologist Dr Dray on Youtube for advice on skin issues and don’t worry so much about diet as a factor for that.

For nutrition advice look for sources that have deep credentials, like dietitians, and who are not pushing fad diets that tell you to eliminate food groups. Maybe consider Mediterranean or Blue Zone lifestyle / cuisines, which have longevity research.
