In recent months I’ve been trying to drink more, but I really struggle, I work, I train, yet I almost never have that desire to drink. Sometimes I wonder if it’s really that good to force yourself to drink, is it bad to reach a maximum of one liter or one and a half liters of water a day? (at least for the winter)
1and half liter/day is plenty… most people forget that food and hot drinks contain water too (bizarre but true).
The 600 liters/day recommendation craze will end soon.
But if you want to drink more, make it fun, infuse water with lemon/ginger/mint/cucumber etc. Cheap and a lot nicer than plain water.
