I guess I’m just looking for some motivation to actually follow through on my longest fast yet!
Realistical take here, pursuing meaningful weight loss as a goal from a single 3 day fast is kind of like trying to bake a cake by turning on the oven and taking it out after 5 minutes. Especially if you aren’t already in ketosis.
If you only care able the numbers on the scale going down, they’ll do that by day 2/3 you’ll see them go down and then likely yoyo back up as you enter/exit ketosis.
If you don’t eat for three days but maintain your same activity level, you will probably lose 1-3 pounds. If you want to be precise, figure out how many calories you consume per day, multiply by 3, then divide by 3500.
