How much weight would I lose on a 10-15 day dry fast???

None, because you’re not going to be able to do a dry fast for that long. It’s not something you decide to do on a whim like going for a hike or a stroll. People run up to walls when doing any type of fast and especially a dry fast after a day or two the first time you do one.

I would suggest incorporating daily intermittent fasts into your lifestyle with a day or two a week of one day (meaning the entire day into the next day) water or dry fasts. If you also eliminate certain foods, especially heavily processed foods from your diet, the weight will come off gradually until you reach your goal which should take only a few months.

What’s likely to happen if you lose all the weight in a short period is that you will put it back on just as fast after a binge week. My suggestion, take it week by week and maintain the weight off for the long term.

I have dry fasted up to 11 days and do a few 7-10 day DF a year. But I have over 15 years of fasting experience. I wouldn’t be able to even tell someone how much I lose because I don’t even have a scale. I weigh myself maybe in once a year at the gym.

Dry Fasting is for healing the weight loss is a side effect and hugely variable. I have no weight to lose so I lose extremely little weight (based on my clothes and how they fit)

For instance I was a UK size 8 when I started my last 21 day fast (7 dry followed with 14 on water) and I was the same size UK8 when I finished. So it really is a pointless question because of all the variables.

If weight loss is your main or worse only motivator for Dry Fasting than you’re on a fool’s errand any weight you lose will immediately come back if you don’t change your diet and lifestyle. You can’t outFast your lifestyle.
