25M 265lbs 6’4. I’ve been having chronic pain in my knees for months. If I were to lose 50lbs how much can my knee pain decrease? It’s difficult to walk now and can only do physical activities like swimming.
A lot of chronic pain is diet related (the initial injury isn’t diet related. But that it won’t get better and continually hurts is often diet related).
A lot of people people who switch to a keto or carnivore diet resolve chronic pains within a couple of weeks. Some, sooner.
Sometimes it’s the carbohydrates that lead to high insulin and glucose that causes the pain. Other times it’s certain compounds in plant foods - gluten for example.
