Answer

Insulin sensitivity is best in the morning to mid day, meaning your pancreas only needs to pump out a relatively small amount of insulin to deal with the rise in blood sugar. On the other hand, lots of people feel good eating a high fat breakfast, or in my case, no breakfast at all (sometimes no lunch either). Just experiment on yourself. Answer

Just eat a wide variety of healthy carbs. That’s it. You don’t need to worry much beyond that unless you’ve got certain medical conditions (diabetes for example) or some other specific, special circumstances.
