Same as the other comment! Whenever you want! Some people like to weigh or measure themselves every day, some once a week, some once a month. Whatever keeps you motivated is what’s best. I realized it’s best for me to focus on my goal of working out every day (sometimes that just means walking) and making lifestyle changes with my diet rather than measuring weight or inches. My success comes from keeping up with the changes I have committed to.
