trying to work my way into fasting for days, then weeks at a time for weight loss. i am doing a 16:8 right now. i plan to do 18:6 next, but when should I start doing that?
Maybe not the best advice but I’d personally just jump into it, then fallback if it doesn’t work out. Maybe even jump straight to OMAD and give it a shot. The more time you spend fasting, the easier it gets, and adds up over time.
