Hey there! Just finished a 21 day fast water fast (with snake juice), I’ve been real cognizant of rebound weight. When is it safe to start rolling 48s? I’m on day 5 of a refeed, biggest concern is building up potassium because I know I was low on that during my fast. The symptoms are some palpitations, although only when ina, sitting or laying down (not walking) - so I could just be paranoid about things.
That’s amazing! 21 days is awesome! Did you use snake juice from Day 1? Reason I ask is I’m struggling to get past 46-52 hr mark, hunger is SO intense. Goal is to get to 72hrs.
From what I’ve read on other posts you should be fine to start rolling 48s, especially after a day 5 refeed.
