I started this year with 125.5kg and now I’m at 117.5kg. So after 2 months I’ve only lost 8kg, despite the fact that I’m really trying.
What I do ?
I really want to be under 110kg, but I don’t know what to do. It’s so frustrating to know it will take me another 2-3 months to be under 110kg.
Any advice ? I’m thinking about a longer fast, but 3 days is already a challenge for me. I can do it, but it’s hard.
So…..
I went from eating only fast food every single day in and got up to 235. Then down to 190 in 54 days. I drank a gallon of water every single day. I stalled out that point. I read how to trick my metabolism when that happens. Eat normally for a day or two. Anything you want. As much. I did that for 48 hours. Worked like MAGIC. Was like a reset and I went back to losing very quickly again. By day 74 I was 165.
I’ve maintained 155ish lbs for 6 months now. I eat pretty much anything I want. I’m just mindful of it.
On M/W/F I ate 1/2 cup unsalted almonds throughout the day. Drank a cup of grapefruit juice on those same days.
Drank an iced latte from Starbucks (sometimes 2 or 3) every single day. Just used skim milk and sugar free syrup. (The barista told me my order is about 40 calories) Starbucks was mostly psychological for me. That’s kind of my “thing”. I’ve been going for 20 years. I don’t order what I used to but it helps me feel normal and not so focused on what I can’t have.
