How "sugar free" are Kool Aid Liquid?

Those Kool Aid Liquid bottles are advertised as sugar free but I’m wondering how true that statement is. The Nutrition Facts don’t help with that either. Does anyone know if they are actually sugar free?

If you have a sugar problem, then any fake sweetener is better for you. I was the chef at Duke diet and fitness for about a decade and I used to tell people all the time… sometimes you have to look at where you are. If you are fat and out of shape with health problems (like sugar) then you need to look at the pro’s vs the con’s in your situation. Allulose may be the best but if you like those koolaid things and will Drink that instead of coke or juice, then go for it. Once you are in shape and have a healthy body weight and health chrck is good you can re-introduce other options. Not to be jackass but the way I look at it is that tiny little chance the fake sweetener just might have a bad side effect vs definitely dying from being 300 pounds with heart disease and shooting insulin everyday is a no brainer. One chick fila nugget is worse for you than 100 packs of equal.
