low carb, low fat and vegan. hmm. broccoli? or maybe water? i just drink a few protein shakes every day because while i’m not vegan or veggie, i dont eat meat very often. im sure you can get vegan friendly powders. but any time you get reduced sugar, youre just getting more salt and other chemicals. usually.

Filling foods that keep your pangs away have got to have fat imho. On a side note, eating a good amount of fat and restricting simple carbs is a sure shot way to manage weight!
