Have you been taking electrolytes? Did you make your own, was it based on the info in the sidebar here?
Have you been exercising? If so, what have you done?

Maybe a salty vegetables stock? Something simple like couple carrots and maybe some other roots veggies. I would drink just stock for couple days and then you could maybe try and have an egg with the stock.
I would honestly make cabbage soup BUT sipping on the broth first. Cabbage has so many benefits along with the other vegetables that come with it.
Give it some time and then eat the veggies from the soup, make sure it’s nice and soft so it’s easier for your system to digest.
