How to break 30-day water fast with a no-meat diet?

I hope you all are doing great.

I am a vegetarian and I also eat eggs (but I do not eat meat)

I am currently on a 30-day water fast and that will come to an end in 6 days.

Since it is almost at an end thus I wanted to gather some thoughts.

I am wondering if there are any tips or suggestions for how can I safely break a water fast without any complications.

Sorry I can’t offer any help, but I’m curious how your fast has been going.

Have you been taking electrolytes? Did you make your own, was it based on the info in the sidebar here?

Have you been exercising? If so, what have you done?

I assume you’re working through all this? Any complications related to that?

Maybe a salty vegetables stock? Something simple like couple carrots and maybe some other roots veggies. I would drink just stock for couple days and then you could maybe try and have an egg with the stock.

I would honestly make cabbage soup BUT sipping on the broth first. Cabbage has so many benefits along with the other vegetables that come with it.

Give it some time and then eat the veggies from the soup, make sure it’s nice and soft so it’s easier for your system to digest.
