Hello everyone, any tips on what helped you on breaking your fast with Keto? What foods did you eat and how much and when? For how long did you eat smaller amounts or adapt to a normal meal?
I’m on my 3rd day water fast. 49 hours in and feeling good. I have electrolytes and vitamins.
Egg drop soup is a good way to ease back into eating again. Your results may vary, but for shorter fasts of 3-5 days, I don’t worry too much about eating smaller amounts. Rich foods especially, however, may pass right through you, so being near a comfortable bathroom is advised.
