I’ve been doing 24 hour water fasts a couple times a week and it’s been going great! Only problem is sometimes when I get back to eating after those 24 hours, I want fast food and I want A LOT of it. How does everyone deal with their cravings?
It hasn’t gotten easier for me and I’m 2 months in, seems to me like it’s just mind over body. I’ve constructed a mental pillar to keep me from diving in, I 100% believe if something truly matters to you then the distractions simply won’t matter.
I guess if it’s bugging you that much take unsweetened tea or black coffee as an appetite suppressant.
