How to diet after IF

I know it’s a lifestyle, but with a social life it makes it tough to maintain IF forever. At least for me. What type of schedule or diet routine do you recommend after you’ve hit goal weight? I miss having brunch with friends.

Don’t over complicate things. If you’re at your goal weight, do IF and eat smaller meals on days you have nothing going on. On days with brunch, don’t do IF and indulge a little.

Aim to hit your weekly or monthly calorie maintenance needs, instead of daily, to maintain your weight.

For me when life got busy I would try only eat for 6 hours during the day. So if I had a company lunch at 12 I needed to eat dinner before 6. And if I ate breakfast or bunch then I just need to eat a heavy later lunch and skip dinner.

I was still loosing weight at that schedule so if you’re at maintenance you could probably even make the window bigger than that

You can always shift to 14-10 or 12-12 for few days based on your plans. Also do watch CICO, what’s your basal metabolic rate after you hit your goal weight. As long as you are not exceeding your BMR, you should not be gaining weight and vice-versa.
