How to do OMAD or 2 meal a day without losing weight.

22 year old vegetarian, already lean. I want to eat less times a day because after a meal I can feel my energy and focus dropping and I want to work effectively the entire day.

find out your TDEE, and hit that! make sure you’re getting your nutrients and your calories. things like olive oil, butter, and nuts are all easy ways to add more calories, since they’re very dense and, honestly, easy to overuse lol. (it’s me, i use too much butter/oil when cooking)
