I have a food addiction and I don’t know what to eat when I break fast.
Find something healthy to follow. Mediterranean diet. Paleo. Get that down. Then you can fast healthy and then maintain healthy when you’re done losing weight.
If you’re addicted to carbs, then go keto. 🤷♀️
I’ve actually found that if I break fast with junk food, it messes up my stomach for the rest of the day. I never used to have an intolerance like that. I’ve had good luck with high protein/fiber combos, like a breakfast burrito on a fiber tortilla, tuna salad on multigrain crackers, beans and rice with some cheese.
