i am on day 4 of my 10 day dry fast and i would really like to knoe how to break my fast
Eggs, low carb veggies like pan fried cabbage, liver, nuts like hazelnut/walnuts/pecans, fatty fish like salmon, fatty meats, and water. All served with extra salt and vinegar
If its for fat loss then 1500kcal Keto, <5% net carbs 80% fat 15-20% protein, seems to be the wise move
Cabbage is particularly good because of how tasty and filling it is. Great for regrowing the microbiome.
Avoid high blood sugar spiking carbs, carbonated drinks, and avoid artificial sweeteners
I usually go for eggs & mushrooms as a breakfast, salmon/liver/fatty meat & roasted cauliflower / broccolli puree / pan fried cabbage for dinner with nuts as dessert.
Mushrooms and cabbage are great fillers
