I heard that fasting is a way to fix fucked up sleeping pattern..
is it better to skip my meals for today (24hours fasting) or just eat cereal as brunch ?(~16hours fasting)
Well idk if a longer fast will fix your sleep, but if you are just starting, it’s easiest on your body to ease into fasting and slowly increase your fasting windows over time. If you aren’t already, start turning off electronics and screens an hour or so before bedtime and start working on creating a calming night time routine for yourself. Once you fast a few times, you will get a better idea of how it will benefit you and the length of fasts that work best. The idea here isn’t to fast as long as you possibly can, but to fast as long as you need to to get max benefits from each fast.
