How to get past 3 day wall?

Hi All, I’ve fasted before but not for a while. 28 day fasts were my go to in my younger days. This is my first time fasting in a really long time. I “fail” at day 3…this has happened about 5 times in a row now. I don’t know why I’m struggling so much when I used to be able to do this easily.

So how might I get past day 3 and be successful. I have a “new attempt” at fasting set to begin on Monday. Thanks for any help.

Start at 3pm, go to bed early, by the time you wake up on day 3 you’re already 8-7 hours to day 4. Any progress you make in a fast is cause for celebration. Celebrate the daily victories for a mood boost. Also keep in mind that it does get easier once you hit day 4/5.

I’m currently on day 5.
