Answer

As I transitioned from all day eating to OMAD, a few things helped me the most to stay full longer:

  1. Have a large salad or steamed vegetables with butter. Very filling.
  2. Add good fats that are satiating - avocado, nuts, nut butter etc. Watch out for the portion size though.
  3. Up your protein.

While fasting, have black coffee, green tea, sparkling water and electrolytes. Add a little salt to your water and keep sipping.

You got this.

Answer

Avoid fast burning simple carbs during your meal. Certain foods are more satiating and digest gradually, staving off hunger longer. Also, if you went from all day eating straight to OMAD, there’s a steep adjustment phase of a week or two.

Answer

you get used. dont get paranoidIf you are really hunger, eat an egg/a parma ham, a piece of cheese, not sure…, but the other day you try again, and again… I was like that. Nowadays Im just used to do it.
