Agree w/all the other comments that fasting in & of itself is a hack. My $0.02 is for longer fasts (3+ days)- it seems easier to get into ketosis & maintain for longer if you eat low carb a wk before & after your fast
Something people haven’t mentioned is things like green tea activate autophagy naturally and boost certain antioxidant enzymes in our bodies, so that could have a synergistic effect with fasting, there’s no science out there for mixing them though
