I recently finished a 5 day water fast. The goal was 7-10 days but I stopped early. I’d like to go at it again this month to finish the goal…
The 5 day fast was quite easy actually, felt great the whole time and had a lot of energy. The issue is I struggled to sleep from the 4th day and I really hate when I can’t sleep. Any tips on how to improve sleep during a fast?
*this is a water-only fast and not for weight loss, I don’t want to consume anything besides water.
Recomment: “It is very common. I double my magnesium (one pill in the morning + one one hour before bed) and am more cautious about nighttime routine (cut blue screens/activities/music listening) one hour before bed, caffeine for a good eight hours. Melatonin is also helpful”
