I’ve seen Jason Fung say that keeping the refeeds in between rolling are best kept keto. I’m a vegan. Does this mean I should just eat a lot of avocados and then go back out into the next rolling fast?
Keto isn’t a miracle eating plan. Carbs, especially complex ones, are important to our diets.
So make sure you’re getting your calories and your protein in, and use the fats and carbs to round everything out.
