People can be mean on here so I’m going to give some advice to please do some research on re-feeding syndrome. You’re really not at much risk for a 7 day fast. More like emaciated ww2 prisoner type situation and you’d be at risk. Just take it slow with some bone broth then wait a couple hours and eat something small. I would keep it plain and simple. There have been other questions on this so maybe do a search for refreshing syndrome under the fasting page to see what others have said

Answer

You will be fine. 7 days shouldnt be enough to get refeeding syndrome. Broth rice eggs or Kimchi and eat small and slow and will be just fine. I broke a six day with pork chops and all kind of junk years ago and was ok. Dont over think it just listen to your body

Answer

Refeeding won’t happen with just 7 days…

I’ve personally went from day 15 to straight up eating red meat steaks and eggs when I broke it….

I think when your more closer to the 30 day mark is when you have to worry
