I’m quite new to all the fasting stuff but so far I’ve just been doing a regular water fast. I’m quite interested in dry fasting and I was wondering what I should be doing during the fast to make sure I’m staying healthy. Do I need to take sodium and magnesium like I would in a water fast? Do I literally just do nothing? No food, no anything?
Do nothing. Best if you read the Phoenix Protocol and also Dr. Filonov’s books. They will help a lot. Just as important is the refeeding, especially after a dry fast.
Dry fast means no food or water or anything. Your body will adapt.
A few things you can do are take showers and go on walks.
Showers can provide some water absorption through the skin. Take cool or warm showers, not hot. You don’t want to sweat.
Walking is important because it keeps the lymph system moving to help clear out toxins so they don’t build up.
